The Seven Basic Lessons comprise everything you need to know to practise Vivation autonomously with a high degree of efficiency. Five of the lessons deal with the Five Elements of Vivation, giving you detailed knowledge of Circular breathing, Relaxation, Awareness in Detail, Integration into Ecstasy, and Willingness. Added to these are the First Lesson - The 3 Points to Remember, which covers important new methodology - and the Absolute Fourth, which provides a context for life that helps you to integrate every feeling. Theory will be balanced with experiential exercises and guided sessions. The training will be led by Mick Sands, UK Director of Associated Vivation Professionals, and his brother, Robin, author of 'The Relaxation Reflex'. As well as giving you everything you need to create emotional resolution at will, the training is designed to be pleasurable and fun, which is the ultimate point of Vivation. In learning to enjoy all of our feelings, it makes sense to have a good time doing so. We're going to be in a very pleasant hotel at a very pleasant time of the year, learning how to enjoy ourselves more than we ever have done before.
